Is Sigla Concordia in Lille accommodation is guaranteed for international students ?

I have already pre-booked for accommodation in Sigla and paid the agent fees. They said rooms will be allotted by June. Is it guaranteed for international students or do I have to look at other options too ?. If so what are the other options? I am open to any kind. Thanks.
