Hi, please guide if Msc. International Accounting , Audit and Control program has been postponed?

We do not have exemptions for the ACCA exam as such. We have scholarships to take the CMA exam. Passing the CMA exams grants the students some exemptions for the ACCA examination. In fact it gives important exemptions for the first levels of ACCA, and includes the following qualification exemptions:

F1 - Accountant in Business
F2 - Management Accounting
F3 - Financial Accounting

Those are required exams to obtain the following diplomas provided by ACCA :
Certificate of Achievement Diploma in Accounting and Business

And required to go further to the: Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business Professional Level Certificate
