If I need to renew my long stay visa for my MSc, where do you recommend me to do it?

Dear Fatihah, the visa renewal is to be done online 3 months before the expiration date of your current visa, but the "carte de séjour" is to be picked up physically at the prefecture.

The application is national and online. you may have to pick up your residence permit at the nearest prefecture from the address you declare on ANEF platform, though.
