Additional information

I read that with a student visa you are allowed to work a 20 hours a week max. Considering the intensity of the IMBA program, will we have time to fit in work with our program schedule?

Hello Shirley,
Thank again for your question. Since the IMBA is on a full-time basis, it will not be possible to work while enrolling in the program.
It is important to know that the program is full of intensive courses, individual and group projects, and group activities.
It is intensive, but challenging ;) .

Thank you Abou for your response again!

Is it not permitted by IESEG that IMBA student work part-time or is it not encouraged?

I am trying to just figure out what my future will be like with school/work and to see what by options are. I am still in my early stages of planning but the reason why I ask is because (in a perfect world) I would like to ask my current employer in my home country if I can work remotely part-time while studying full-time in France. I am just exploring my options. If it is not permitted/encouraged that student work part-time then I can ask for leave of absence.

Any insight you may have in regards to rules/laws from an IESEG/France perspective surrounding this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank again!

Hello again,

Your student visa allows you to have a part-time job in France. However, and since the classes are on a full daily basis program, followed by group projects after classes, I believe that it will not be easy to have a part-time job while enrolling in the program.

Regards,
Abou
