I’m currently in the US and I’m trying to apply for a student visa to study in France but the French consulate is currently closed. Do you think that students will be able to attend classes this semester if France is not issuing visa. I’m asking that because most of the international students actually want to study in France for the in class experience and the France culture.

You have to wait for the Consulate to open, it is the only way to apply for a student visa. Please check the updates on their website and book an appointment as soon as it is possible. For those students who cannot come - online classes will be organized.
