If we make a contract for one year, it is possible to move out before one year if we are not happy with the place? Would that affect CAF aid if we are benefiting from it at the current accomodation?

Contracts are standard for one year. we ask our students to stay for one semester minimum, and we explain how to terminate contracts then.
