One of my most important career moves was when I started working at Caixa Econômica Federal, a Brazilian public bank, where I held various roles including bank officer, relationship bank manager, and ultimately Internal Auditor. This role sparked my interest in internal audit and motivated me to pursue further education and career opportunities in this field. My experience as an internal auditor allowed me to understand the importance of auditing not just from a financial perspective, but also from a sustainability and ethical point of view.
Another significant career move was when I developed a VBA macro that allowed bank managers to contact clients personally and automatically through WhatsApp. This initiative resulted in a significant improvement in customer experience and solidified my reputation as a subject matter expert on this topic.
