What do you like about your job and the company?
I've always been motivated by challenge and routine is my workst enemy. Being assigned to new topics from one project to the other and having to adapt and navigate these topics keeps me on my toes and motivates me to keeping pushing. I like puzzles and finding links between the different pieces and I belive this is what strategy consulting is all about. I'm also motivated by the though of having an impact and leaving a trace wherever I go.

You don't need alot of pre-req knowledge before coming in, as the course is well structured for an introductory level. However, it's a tough, demanding masters, and it can also be hard to keep studying how drastic the challenge is for the environment right now. Without an optimistic nature, and some hope for the world, and alot of love for the planet / cause you support - it can be very very tough.
